Library Home Delivery Service to the homebound in our area. Homebound patrons are able to request books and have them delivered to their homes once a week. For questions call the Library at (508) 885-7513.

Charitable Needs Commission (a.k.a. The Prouty Fund) |

Charitable Needs Commission (a.k.a. The Prouty Fund)
meets the fourth Monday of each month at 7pm in the
Community Room. The fund is responsible for the
distribution of moneys from the Melinda Prouty Harrington
Fund. The purpose of the fund is to assist Spencer
residents who can not make their utility bills on their
own.

form, or any other assistance with the initial
application process, come to the Library. Our Librarian
Debbie Kirk is trained to help you through the process.

the Perkins School for the Blind offers a Braille and
Talking Book Library. The Library provides free public
library services for anyone who needs them. |
